What is aidreptate.md?

aidreptate.md is a technical assistance platform that helps you prepare your court petition. The platform does not provide law services and does not provide legal advice.

Description of the process

1. Completing the questionnaire

Fill out the online form with your contact details and detailed case information, and attach supporting documents. The process is short and easy, taking approximately 15 minutes.

2. Preparing the documents

The platform reviews the information provided and prepares the court petition, in accordance with the legislation in force of the Republic of Moldova.

3. Delivering the document

You receive the requested document for download via a secure link sent by the Platform by email.
