Cookie and similar storage technologies policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
In accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Moldova. The aidreptate.md platform.
1. Who we are
JUSTICO S.R.L., a legal entity under Moldovan law, with its registered office at str. Chișinăului no. 21, Anenii Noi, Anenii Noi district, Republic of Moldova (IDNO: 1026023127042), hereinafter the "Platform" or the "Operator", administers the website www.aidreptate.md, through which it provides technical assistance services for drafting statements of claim.
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar storage technologies we actually use on the site, for what purpose, how you can express or withdraw your choice, and how long we keep this information. The Cookie Policy complements the Platform's Privacy Policy, which governs the processing of personal data collected as part of the requested service.
2. What cookies and similar storage technologies are
A cookie is a small text file placed in your browser when you visit a site, which allows the browser to be recognised on subsequent visits or during the same browsing session.
In addition to cookies proper, the Platform also uses other local browser storage technologies with an equivalent function: localStorage (persistent browser storage, which is not automatically transmitted to the server) and sessionStorage (temporary storage, automatically deleted when the browser tab is closed). Although technically they are not cookies, these technologies are subject to the same transparency principles described in this policy.
3. Which cookies and storage technologies we actually use
The Platform uses exclusively the following elements, without using any marketing, advertising, remarketing or third-party tracking cookies:
| Element | Type | Purpose | Requires consent? |
|---|---|---|---|
| csrftoken | Cookie | Security of the site's forms (protection against CSRF-type attacks) | No — strictly necessary for the site to work |
| cookie-consent | localStorage | Remembers your choice from the cookie banner, so the banner is not shown on every visit | No — functionally necessary |
| analytics_session_id | sessionStorage (not a cookie; deleted automatically when the tab is closed) | A temporary session identifier, used exclusively for the Platform's own, aggregated and anonymous statistics on site usage | Yes — can be disabled from the banner (see section 5) |
| sidebar | Cookie | Used exclusively in the internal administration panel, for the Platform's operators; it is not used for public visitors of the site | No — internally functional, does not concern the public |
The Platform does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool provided by a third party, and does not use pixels, cookies or other marketing, advertising or remarketing technologies. No browsing data is transmitted to third-party tracking providers.
4. First-party analytics
Site-usage statistics are collected exclusively through first-party analytics: browsing data is transmitted to our own server, at the internal address /analytics/events, and is associated with a temporary session identifier kept in sessionStorage, which is automatically deleted when the browser tab is closed.
This data is used exclusively in aggregated and anonymous form, to understand the general way the site is used and to improve its operation. Our own analytics does not involve individual profiling for advertising purposes, is not shared with third parties, and is not combined with the identification data you provide when ordering a document (see the Privacy Policy).
5. The consent banner and your choice
On your first visit to the site, a consent banner is shown with the following options:
- "Accept all" — activates the first-party analytics described in section 4, in addition to the strictly necessary elements;
- "Only essential" — effectively disables the first-party analytics; only the elements strictly necessary for the site to work (csrftoken and cookie-consent) remain active.
Your choice is stored in cookie-consent (localStorage) and is respected on subsequent visits, until you change it.
6. How to change your choice or withdraw consent
You can change your choice regarding first-party analytics at any time, using the "Cookie settings" button available in the footer of the site, which reopens the consent banner described in section 5.
You can also manage or block cookies directly from your browser settings. Please note that completely blocking cookies, including strictly necessary ones (for example, csrftoken), may affect the correct operation of the site's forms.
7. Legal basis
- Strictly necessary elements (csrftoken, cookie-consent) — are used on the basis of the necessity to operate the service you requested and the security of the site; they do not require your consent.
- First-party analytics (analytics_session_id) — is used on the basis of your consent, expressed through the "Accept all" choice in the banner, in accordance with Law no. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, in accordance with section 6, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Who we share the data collected through cookies and similar technologies with
The technical data collected through the elements described in this policy remains on the Platform's own servers and is not shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. This data may be accessed by the Platform's technical hosting providers, as processors, exclusively for the purpose of hosting and the technical operation of the site, under a data-processing agreement, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Retention period
- csrftoken — a session cookie; deleted when the browser is closed.
- cookie-consent — kept in localStorage until you clear your browsing data or change your choice in the banner.
- analytics_session_id — deleted automatically when the browser tab is closed (sessionStorage).
- sidebar — valid for the duration of the administration session; it does not concern public visitors of the site.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated periodically, in particular if the storage technologies actually used on the site change. The date of the last update is indicated on the first page. We recommend that you consult this page periodically.
