State fee and stamp duty

When filing a court petition, the claimant must pay the state fee and the stamp duty.

• For the state fee there is a minimum and a maximum set by law, the exact amounts depend on the nature of the dispute and the claim value.
• The stamp duty is a fixed court fee of 200 lei, paid when the claim is filed and not recoverable from the party that loses the case, unlike the state fee.

Cost of aidreptate.md platform services

The platform charges a fee of 1000 lei for the preparation of the document for a court petition. See the Terms and Conditions.

The service fee is displayed transparently before the request is confirmed; this cost will be included in the list of court costs to be reimbursed to the applicant from the defendant.
